EDAC Quick Facts

• Established in 1992.
• Receives funding from the United States Department of Education, Title III Program
  
• Located at Morgan State University within the School of Business & Management; however, the EDAC supports any department interested in entrepreneurship
• Several students that worked with EDAC during their college days are now operating businesses.
  
• Received several awards from the United States Small Business Administration, community associations and media outlets for work with entrepreneurs.
• The director hosts a weekly radio workshop on public radio WEAA 88.9 f.m. or www.weaa.org
  
• The staff are entrepreneurs.
• EDAC’s advisory board consists of entrepreneurs, government agencies, academic organizations, professional advisers.
